Who we serve
OAP supports students, graduates, professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and institutions in identifying, preparing for, applying for, and pursuing scholarships, admissions, employment, immigration, fellowships, internships, grants, funding, professional development, leadership programs, and international exchanges.
What we do not do
OAP does not issue visas, award scholarships, approve admissions, provide government decisions, guarantee employment, or guarantee funding. Final decisions remain with universities, employers, governments, donors, immigration authorities, and funding institutions. Our role is to prepare, verify, and advocate for the strongest possible application.
